At Beljajev Law Group, PC, our commitment to the community goes beyond a monthly donation. We believe in actively investing our time, resources, and experience to support the people and organizations that make our community stronger. This means creating opportunities for young people seeking guidance, students pursuing their education, and emerging professionals building their careers.
Neyleen has dedicated much of her career to mentoring and supporting the next generation of leaders, including high school students, college students, law students, and young attorneys. She believes that mentorship, education, and access to professional networks are essential tools for helping others succeed.
Neyleen previously served as Chairperson of the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Women in the Profession Committee, the Division’s largest committee. In that role, she worked to raise awareness of challenges facing young female attorneys, develop support networks, and create programming focused on professional growth and advancement.
As Public Service Chairperson for the Long Beach Bar Association’s Barristers Committee, Neyleen organized community service projects and fundraising efforts benefiting environmental initiatives and children and families in need. She has also served for many years on scholarship committees for the Long Beach Bar Association and Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, where she helps identify and support outstanding students pursuing higher education.
During her tenure as President of the Long Beach Bar Association, Neyleen established a mentorship program pairing experienced attorneys with newer lawyers to provide career guidance, practical advice, and support during the transition from law school to the practice of law.
Neyleen currently serves on the Boards of Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities and Orange County Trial Lawyers’ Charities, organizations dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families throughout the greater Los Angeles and Orange County communities.
